• Manage budget for events and meetings to include pre-event estimates and post-event reconciliation• Source hotels and meeting and event space through RFP submission, followed by a site visit (if necessary) in order to get the best possible event space and rate• Manage all guest logistics for hospitality trips and ventures, including travel, lodging, dining and entertainment and meetings surrounding exclusive events such as: The Masters, College Football Championship and Heisman Weekend• Develop customized CVENT site for each event or meeting capturing invitee flight preferences, pre and post event survey responses for analytics and agenda preferences• Plan and execute hospitality marketing efforts for Division 1 football games through sourcing stadium suites, securing and managing suite catering, ticket distribution, in suite promotional items • Developed and managed internal new business development website, tracking all event contacts and information• Responsible for VIP Client oversight management

•Created and maintained organization’s volunteer database, including the registration system, as well as provided managerial oversight of 400 plus Chick-fil-A Bowl volunteers•Planned and carried out operational oversight of three festival division meetings, consisting of informational and training sessions for volunteers and a chair/vice chair meeting•Maximized the visibility of various Atlanta attractions for the Chick-fil-A Bowl’s visiting teams via ticket opportunities •Coordinated dinners for participating Chick-fil-A Bowl coaches, including contract negotiation and results management •Responsible for all pre-event, event and post-event logistics relative to the successful production of the Chick fil-A Bowl Parade. This included the application process, entry payments, City of Atlanta Permits/Applications, procurement of sponsors and serving as key participant liaison•Managed staffing logistics for Chick-fil-A Bowl VIPs, volunteers and staff at all events, including the coordination of hotel operations, rooming lists, transportation, dining reservations and entertainment opportunities
