Design and deployment of risk prevention strategies for ergonomics, falls, road safety, among others, guaranteeing indicators of zero accidents for the total number of employees in Colombia (>300 people). Participation in the development of safety, health and environmental programs in the Andean countries and Central America and co-leading implementation together with the area director for Latin America. Design and deployment of innovative activities for campaigns and trainings, with an increase in coverage indicators of more than 40%.
