My consultancy work focused on talent identification and individual and team development. I developed a solid track record of helping people to recognise and play to their strengths, whilst managing their limitations and developing new skills to enhance their personal performance.My work included:Personal coaching for private and business clients, with specific specialisms in leadership development, enhancing work/life balance and career transition coaching.Facilitation of behavioural assessments for leadership roles, including provision of developmental feedback and career action planning.Design and delivery of a range of development interventions to build leadership capability in relation to talent management, coaching and performance management.Leading the Capability work stream within a Strategic Change Programme, agreeing objectives with senior stakeholders and managing the project through to successful completion. Partnering with CIPD to develop an accredited programme which was tailored to the client organisation needs.Design of an entrepreneurial assessment process for use within SMEs.Working in collaboration with Directors to shape new organisational structures and define specific role requirements as part of a business wide restructure programme.Design and implementation of Assessment Centres for over 600 roles, UK wide as part of a major change programme.Roll out of new competency based recruitment processes to the Hiring Manager community within a large consumer business, driving improved consistency and more robust selection processes.Project management of a volume recruitment campaign within a Professional Services firm, including resource planning, attraction, assessment centre design and implementation. Facilitation of psychometric testing for small and medium sized businesses. Provision of behavioural assessment services through role as an “Associate Assessor” for Penna.
