An experienced Compliance, Risk, Privacy and Customer Services lead with a demonstrated history working in the consumer services industry. My skills and experience span across financial services, private health insurance, energy, telco, and hospitality.In my role as part of the Legal, Risk & Compliance team I am responsible for driving alignment with iSelect’s risk and compliance framework, supporting strategic vision through analysis and application of obligations, and leading and collaborating with various teams to achieve business goals. I am a trusted advisor to staff across the business from our sales teams through to our Executive Leaders. I work closely with stakeholders to support delivery of key initiatives by providing guidance on regulatory obligations, requirements and business practices, reviewing marketing collateral, managing quality frameworks, supporting complaint management and providing training. I am also responsible for oversight and management of the Enterprise Risk Register, actively contribute to making sure we are meeting our obligations under our AFSL including reporting and breach management, as well as monitoring and implementing regulatory changes in partnership with stakeholders. As Privacy Officer for iSelect I play a key role in ensuring the business remains complaint with its obligations under the Privacy Act.
