• Managed national recruitment and staffing processes.
• Led all management levels through first headcount reduction exercise in the Company’s history, resulting in zero legal actions by any impacted employee.

Moved to Wisconsin to establish HR function for this 900-employee bicycle manufacturer. Established staffing function, compensation management system, HRIS, safety function, management training and development programs, employee communication programs, employee handbook, management policy manual, etc.

• Hands-on management of all Human Resources functions for four Northern California Divisions. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, organization grew from $18M to $40M in annual revenue and from 50 to 385.
• Created, implemented, and drove cross-divisional compensation and succession planning program.
• Championed company’s first leadership training program and successfully addressed prior “I have no influence” attitude of the management team.
• Implemented key corporate initiatives including performance assessment systems, salary ranges, employee handbooks, policy manuals, employee training, and management training.
