GreenEriePA.Org Project Website Development As a member of a small group, I launched www.greeneriepa.org, which features over one hundred informative and instructional articles on green living and environmental concerns. I also contributed to an article featured in the Community Works Journal. I've worn many hats while working on the GreenEriePA project:-As a writer, I researched and wrote concise articles on green issues, practices, and products, reaching out to many experts from government agencies, businesses, and environmental non-profit groups.-As an editor, I proofread and revised article drafts written by coworkers and contributing students, making changes for clarity and accuracy while preserving the spirit of their work. -As a website developer, I assessed options for hosting and maintaining the website long term. I investigated and evaluated online tools to meet the multimedia needs of a website. I learned and practiced up to date techniques for SEO, social media, and newsletter distribution to get our word out there in the world. -Lastly, as a team player, I trained coworkers and managers in technical aspects of maintaining and operating the website and its media.

I provided care to approximately fifty disabled students living in the Towers dormitory. I familiarized myself with each student's individual needs, advocating self-reliance whenever possible, but providing consistent assistance with day-to-day care and tasks such as dressing in the morning and for bed, showering, eating meals, using the restroom, cleaning and laundering.

I assisted disabled students with class-related activities including note-taking, typing, exam preparation, testing, and homework/project completion. I established a schedule with the student(s) at the beginning of each semester, discussing with them their needs and responsibilities. I maintained a firm stance on issues of academic honesty and encouraged students to be self-reliant whenever possible.
