The Supply Engagement Manager is responsible for defining & executing our global 3rd party supply strategy for Microsoft Media Network, Windows 8 Ads in Apps, Windows Phone Ads in Apps, and the Microsoft Ad Exchange. In this role, I… - Support ~15 markets across Europe, APAC & North America. - Develop & distribute sourcing-related analytical tools, optimization methodologies, best practices & data analyses. - Provide regular reporting & commentary on the state of the business. Identify industry trends, build & execute action plans which grow revenue & profitability. - Drive efficiencies by improving upon existing process flows such as publisher payment & ad tag creation. - Incubate new technologies & procurement methods such as content-verification tools & sourcing via RTB (Real-Time Bidding).

• Developed and executed 3rd party (3P) media procurement strategy for Microsoft Media Network (MMN) Canada. Established and grew this $1M/year business as first full-time Canadian Media Buyer. • Selected and onboarded new 3P publishers. Negotiated media agreements that enhanced overall health, growth and quality of MMN. • Grew 3P revenue by 15% month-over-month. Consistently exceeded minimum gross margin. • Proactively managed performance of 3P media with focus on minimizing risk and maximizing profitability. • Provided accurate monthly pipeline forecasting. • Established reporting systems to track media cost, revenue, volume and gross margin on a daily and monthly basis. • Produced detailed data analysis, commentary and strategic recommendations for monthly business reviews, mid-year and year-end reviews. • Analyzed and correlated comScore data, internal advertiser data and industry trends to identify demand requirements. • Managed 3rd Party Ad Networks (TPANs). Fostered relationships and acted as single point of contact for senior-level media buyers. Pitched opportunities to TPANs and maximized TPAN revenue while simultaneously limiting TPAN consumption to sustain a healthy MMN ecosystem. • Investigated new business development opportunities in both 3P and TPAN areas.
