Northcote Offsite was the outside catering business of Northcote Group (owner of the Michelin star restaurant, Northcote). Prior to With a Twist’s creation, through the management buyout of Northcote Offsite, I was Outside Catering Event Manager.Responsibilities included:- Food design – creating and developing menus, food styling, food photography, event menu design- Creating new event concepts- Operations – preparing and delivering top-end catering events and luxury weddings- Sales, marketing and finance- Managing the kitchen and service teams
