Develop, implement and oversee the successful execution of the organizational-wide Executive Coaching, Leadership, On-Boarding, and Talent Development training of High-Potential employee programs to over 1,700 employees. Design and develop a multi-model curriculum to develop high-potential internal talent for critical roles across all levels of leadership. Partner with Executive Team and Human Resources and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate development for identified executive populations. This program equips members of the team with the strategic and business acumen needed to move into the talent pipeline for Succession Planning. Stay current on leading trends and "next" practices in Executive Leadership development. Develop and manage project plans for critical initiatives. Establish a presence with audience members and facilitate session dynamics to promote engagement consistent with adult-learning practices. Deftly navigate between strategy, design, and delivery for a diverse clientele. Hands-on experience with advanced psychometric assessment tools and feedback reports of GOV360, MBTI, and DiSC.
