I’ve focused on building strong relationships with customers through open, honest conversations to understand their needs and provide support and service that surpasses expectations.Working in the public safety sector by providing uniforms and equipment to our hometown heroes has helped me understand the importance of giving back, and motivated me to continuously strive for phenomenal customer experience.I understand how hard work, dedication, and initiative are important to grow in a career and was promoted twice from an associate to manager in my time at Galls. I am always prepared to take on new challenges, roles, and opportunities when they present themselves and never settle for an “okay” job. Solving problems, unexpected situations, and turning a bad outcome into a great one are things I live for in the workplace. Communication and teamwork are essential for success in any business. A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. Supporting your colleagues, asking questions, and exuding positivity are all things I believe create a strong employee and work environment where abilities, profits, and business flourish.
