My passion for leadership and team development started with my first self-development courses back in 1989. (TMLP: Team, Management, Leadership, Program). I was hooked. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse roles – from restaurant management to oil & gas accounting, and even owning a roofing company.
