During my tenure at the scale-ups Fleks works & Unravel (both part of Fleks Holding), I prepared the (interdependent) start-ups for sale. My role involved a combination of commercial, operational and financial leadership.

I joined the senior management team at GreenFlux to build up the Finance & Business vertical during a period of very rapid growth. I built a strong team, implemented agile & scalable processes and prepared the business for a full exit. In addition to building a strong, evidence-driven, financial back-bone for the business, I managed the sale of the company to its new owner. GreenFlux is a leading player in the burgeoning EV-market, with a strong PE-culture and a bright future.

In my role as Controller (group), I occupied a cross-sectional position, leading a team across all group entities to implement & control the Group’s strategic (financial & business) goals; providing operational guidance to the regional entities, analysing cost and revenue data to provide feedback, ideas and recommendations to the executive management (C-suite) and reporting directly to the CFO at the groups’ headquarters in Hamburg.
