I am a hard-working, self-starter who loves to learn new things. I've had a long and varied career in both Product Support and Training for the last 10 years at Kastle Systems. I am excited to take my skills, can-do attitude, and passion for learning on a new adventure.Over the years I have taken the initiative to teach myself new skills to improve my performance, and to take on new responsibilities. With help from career experts, and a fair amount of trial and error, I've learned to write manuals and create help videos for users. I have taught myself how to write SQL queries for information, and realized how much I enjoy the logical puzzle of it. I have started on a path to receive the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate (estimated completion March 2022).I'm excited to see what the future holds for me.
