About Catherine Curtsinger

I have been in the environmental services industry for 10+ years working in abatement, indoor air quality, and now environmental consulting. I have always been business and operations focused with the end goal serving clients and running a smooth operation. I find it fascinating how interwoven the various types of firms in our industry are required to be in the name of serving our clients, be it restoration, abatement, plumbing, roofing, environmental testing and consulting, and construction. The property and business owners that either have suffered a loss such as flood or fire or are going through a renovation need us to work together to make them whole again. My aim is to do my part to give our clients the best possible outcome. I am an analytical thinker and also sensitive to the way others learn, think, and process information so I am great at explaining concepts and teaching others. This skill allows me to focus always on the clients’ needs and aiding them through the challenges they face with their projects.From serving in the US Army to working in the civilian private sector in every role I’ve held I’ve been instrumental in implementing processes, business tools, and programs to aide in the management of the business. I believe that my passion for learning and the way that I take what I’ve learned and apply it to real world scenarios whether for business or personal development has led me to have the skills needed to own and operate my own business alongside my husband, Brian. I love to learn! I listen to podcasts and audio books as well as participate in webinars and take online courses to further my skillset. Whether it’s business, accounting, operations, leadership, mindset, goal setting, or personal growth, I am interested in learning about it and becoming proficient on the topic, even taxes! My husband and business partner, Brian, is my biggest motivator. I strive to do well for us, our family, and our business.
