Responsible for delivery of the overall Client Service/Sales Operations CSO programs. Primary sales operations contact for the Client and all internal stakeholders with the key role of managing the relationship with the client. Responsible for managing and implementing client projects, Sales Operations contracted/non-contracted deliverables. Works with Finance to ensure client billing and payroll are successfully managed. Provides information and suggestions to Operations, Business Development, and executive management in regards to strategic and tactical directions of contract to optimize performance and results.• Manages 6 inside and field CSO programs totaling $19.8M in annual revenue• Serves as program lead and primary point of contact for the Client• Plans, organizes, and monitors contract deliverables to ensure achievement of requirements• Identifies and monitors relevant operational measurements and business KPI’s • Proactively develop strategies and program tactics based on client objectives • Develop, monitor, and maintain all Incentive Compensation programs• Works closely with stakeholders to meet client needs • Leads internal and external business performance reviews • Partners with Business Development to identify opportunities • Maintains strong technical acumen of multi-channel strategy within the life sciences industry • Forecasts and plans for resources based on anticipated and budgeted business
