About Catherine Dodds
The majority of my career, spanning over 28 years, has been teaching and leading in independent day schools. I have now moved into the adult education arena, and run my own business delivering wellbeing and resilience coaching. I am a certified facilitator for the Resilient Living Programme which is a structured adult education course developed by iheart. Covered over eight interactive and practical sessions, the programme delivery is flexible and is suitable for both individuals and small groups. In addition, I work freelance as a trainer and specialist support for a safeguarding company, delivering training, DSL supervision and supporting school safeguarding audits. I also provide services to a local primary academy trust, having worked as their Interim Head of Safeguarding and currently conducting a review of Trust policy documentation.
