C# - Visual Studio, .NET MVC, Entity Framework• Created a web app allowing a user to request a car insurance quote after answering a few questions. The app also has an admin view with all CRUD functions. In this project, the database is created first, then dynamically populated as a result of user inputs (be it a potential customer or an admin person).• Created a web app that created the database from code first. • Collaborated on a large project, by adding a button in the Navbar only visible to a user logged in as an Admin. Changed the Create methods in the Controller and the form on the Create page so that the objects could be saved in the database. Added fields to the Create page using Razor. Python – Python IDE, PyCharm, TKinter, Django • Coded a personal Phonebook TKinter UI, with ADD, EDIT, DELETE functionalities, saved the entries to an external SQL Lite database, and allowed the user to pick a folder from a directory and move its content to another folder of his/her choice based on modified/created date• Using Django, created a Checkbook application with full CRUD functionality. The app had an admin login and kept records of accounts and transactions in SQL3.• Using Django, introduced a new model to an ongoing larger website. The model had full CRUD functionality and saved entries to a databaseHTML 5 / CSS / JavaScript / Bootstrap• Created one-page websites (a listing of shows for a movie theater and a pizza ordering page with a total amount due) with navigation bars using Bootstrap or JavaScript.

 As a member of the leadership team, I managed four direct reports and balanced the high-level business needs with the day-to-day ground-level activities to guarantee non-disruption, ensure business efficiencies, employee morale, and customer satisfaction.  Increased manufacturing productivity by 16% and cut shipping cost and freight damage by 48% by understanding the business and client constraints, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, and designing and implementing more efficient processes that benefited the company and clients. Saved $725K from the cost of doing business with the largest account by successfully analyzing, negotiating, and transferring un-contractual charges to the wholesale client, and holding the client accountable to their own policies.

 Maintained an existing book of international business and recruited new accounts in Europe and Canada.  Saved a $5M international account representing 20% of the manufacturer's revenues by listening, negotiating, and addressing their critics, business needs/constraints, and by being a brand ambassador providing sales support at their major sales events.

 Took over a failing retail business, turned it around, and sold it for a profit within 4 years. Formulated and strictly implemented a $1.2M budget producing net profits within the first year of business.  Revamped an old commission structure to one that guaranteed profitability for both the sales team and the business, resulting in surpassing sales goals.  Successfully managed and maintained key external stakeholder relationships including with the IRS, WA State Dept of Revenues, Lenders, Vendors, Contractors.
