This results in a unified approach to managing IT processes and services globally across the whole businessA subject matter expert for Remedy and associated IT processes. The platform is live in 120 countries and has 180k usersCarried out design work, operational acceptance, testing and go-live of an automated demand management process for new projects and onboardings to the platform. Oversaw this process end to end from initial demand, BOSCARD, triage, through to acceptance, approval, build, test, implementation and PGLS. The automation of this process reduced coordination effort and drove efficiency, simplified the engagement between internal teams and external suppliers involved in project process, and gave clear accountability at each stage of the projectSolutions Lead for roll-out of the IT Service Management tooling to Global Workplace Services, HR and Supply Chain Logistics specifically; successfully landing the implementation of Remedy with these areas who previously used their own bespoke case management tooling.
