I am proud to be a part of the Prisons Digital team; rolling out Digital Prison Services (DPS), to help prisons work better. We are a dynamic and user-centric team and are making a huge difference to our service users.... the future is bright!I have over thirteen years of experience in IT roles, including release management, service management, solutions management and business analysis, and have experience in both private and public sector roles.My core competencies revolve around project and portfolio governance, coordination and quality assurance, release management and ITIL implementation, data analysis and visualisation, and stakeholder communication / collaboration. I hold several certifications, such as APMG AgileBA Practitioner, KCS Knowledge Management Practitioner, ITIL4 Certified, and CIPD Advanced Level Certificate in HR Management (Level 7) from early in my career when I started out as a HR Specialist. I am passionate about learning new skills and CPD, improving processes, and delivering value and delighht to customers and users. I enjoy working within diverse and agile teams, learning about myself and others all the time, and I always strive to exceed expectations and facilitate efficient results for users / customers.In my life outside of work I am passionate about neurodiversity awareness and inclusion, animal welfare and women's rights.
