My professional background is from the travel insurance industry where I have got extensive experience with all core business areas. My biggest asset is my extensive international Management background in Global Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, Claims-Management, Network Contracting, Customer Service operations and Business Processes Reengineering.I have global experience in implementing Claims Handling and Customer Service schemes and have the ability to translate customer demands to fit the needs and the requirements of the business and hereby facilitating a workable platform between all actors. Strong service and results orientation, together with a command of several European languages, have also left me confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national and regional approaches to otherwise common problems.
