Working as a sales representative in Cardiff city centre I worked with owners of independent businesses helping assist retailers in making the most out of the ever growing soft drinks market. My main objectives were to extend the availability of soft drinks in store and to grow CCEP share of space.

Manage a store with annual turnover >£1m and a team of eight people. My key achievements in this role include optimising store performance through comprehensive training and development, introducing enhanced processes and procedures and developing networks across the business and with key suppliers.
