On the XRP Markets Team, we are building out a global liquidity network, in order to make XRP as liquid as possible. Focused on improving institutional access to XRP globally, I work with custody agents, exchanges, market makers, fund managers, OTC desks, and institutional investors. Leveraging my global FX sales & trading experience and passion for navigating the unknown, I enjoy being a student every day, expanding the scope of my understanding of this tech and its impact globally, all while thinking strategically about scaling businesses and teams. Experiencing the difficulties of money transfers while living internationally compounded by trading some of the least liquid FX markets in Asia first-hand brought me to learn more about digital assets and to improve crypto liquidity to eliminate friction in financial markets.
