Catherine Girardeau has been an audio creator and producer for radio, museums and podcasts for her entire career. Most recently, she produced "The Inspiring Women Leadership Lab", a business interview show for Lemonada Media, and is continuing her work as Executive Producer at Pushkin Industries, producing the hit podcast "Against the Rules", written and hosted by bestselling author/journalist Michael Lewis (Moneyball, The Big Short, Going Infinite). Other Pushkin projects include the audiobook "So Many Steves: Afternoons with Steve Martin"; "Legacy of Speed," a sports and social justice history series hosted by Malcolm Gladwell; "Incubation", a medical history and science show hosted by Jacob Goldstein; and "Story of the Week", a weekly interview show hosted by journalist Joel Stein. Her independent work includes "Above the Fog", a podcast about walking and spirituality made as podcaster in residence at San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral, "Viewpoints: Body Language", a multimedia project with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and radio features for PRI, NPR stations and the public radio program Marketplace. She’s also been a producer for McKinsey, Marketplace, the Stanford Storytelling Project, and Antenna Audio. She’s created audio tours for Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Blue Boat tours in Amsterdam, and a Gray Line bus tour of San Diego and Tijuana. In her free time she swims in cold water, circumambulates mountains and plays the violin.
