As well as this, her extensive analytic skills provide creative and workable solutions to a variety of situations; her comprehensive understanding of the business, and with previous sales experience, Catherine understands the importance of areas such as: marketing, sales collection performance, service level agreement compliance, target setting, identifying new market opportunities, tendering and changes to processes and/or strategies.With a high level of self-motivation and excellent management skills, Catherine is a fundamental part of CCS’ Senior Management team and an asset to the business as a whole.

Within the role of Senior Motor Sales Executive, Catherine promoted advertising/websites to the Motor Industry throughout Sussex, through the mediums of the internet and print newpaper. Alongside this, she was also responsible for the coaching and development of field sales representatives.
