Catherine is proficient in the practice of environmental assessment, policy analysis, regulatory interpretation and compliance. As a trained geographer, she enthusiastically uses geospatial data management tools to inform her work. Her client-tested and bilingual environmental consulting experience has included environmental compliance audits and assessments in the US, Mexico, and Honduras spanning the agriculture, aquaculture, housing, infrastructure, manufacturing, power, retail, mining, municipal and economic development sectors. She has managed technical support staff, as well as environmental compliance and remediation project field teams. Catherine most recently managed environmental compliance efforts for federally-funded housing and infrastructure recovery programs with resilience measures following declared disasters in Texas Counties, New York City and most recently the City of Houston.
