 Engaged in T-Mobile DE&I learning from its inception supporting the design, development and facilitation of programs on unconscious bias, privilege, inclusion, belonging and trust Created and lead the Inclusionist Circle to foster deep and meaningful conversations and learning around important DE&I topics such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, allyship and visible and invisible disabilities.  Envisioned and developed the Inclusionist Leadership Faculty, an innovative approach to develop inclusive culture influencers. Recruited and led cross-functional Disability Task Force Learning & Development workgroup which identified best practices for creating and delivering accessible onboarding, training and leadership development programs Accessibility at T-Mobile Community (ACT) ERG Board Member and Program Lead Tapped for guest speaking roles and resource by HR Crews and business leaders for career development forums  Mentor leaders as requested

Travelled the U.S. for nine months empowering leaders with the skills, resources and confidence to thrive, include and inspire others! Then was tapped to lead the most amazing team of leadership development facilitators who equipped T-Mobile leaders to lead trusting, inclusive, high performing teams.

What began as a three-month stretch assignment supporting HR Crews in T-Mobile's award-winning Customer Care Centers evolved into a two-year partnership with an extraordinary team of HR professionals! At T-Mobile, our HR Crews deliver effective employee advocacy, career success support, recruiting execution, talent management and leadership development training and programs, focus on employee advocacy while providing objective strategic HR partnership and support to the business.

Leveraged innovative and highly effective motivation, mindset and strengths-based training and development approaches to inspire and empower leaders of all abilities. Consistently provided measurable and sustained individual and team improvement, exceeding client expectations and estimated ROI.Working with and learning from the most brilliant of partners from PowerSystems Coaching to Ellis & French evolved into Veritas Leadership Group where we focused our strengths and systems based approach to develop effective and ethical leaders!
