Worked closely with six Sales Account Managers to support Partner, Distributor and Direct Customer channels to identify opportunities, efficiently leverage resources and maximize revenue. Responsible for the renewal contracts of 50+ companies. My participation directly contributed to the high success rate of the team (96% of revenue targets in 2015). Temporarily covered numerous customer accounts without Territory Account Manager support.- Responded to all Pre and Post Sales inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about legal contracts, quotes, RMA, stock availability, delivery, etc., in support of Outside Sales Representatives for Canadian territory.- Ensured on-time renewal of customer contracts to maximize company revenue, and extended renewal agreements for longer retention. (3 years vs. 1 year).- Investigated existing customers and created a significant number of cross sell/upsell opportunities with customer tailored packages and services.- Actively engaged customers to ensure full customer satisfaction. - Coordinated internal activities of the sales process across various departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, Shipping, and Technical Support). Resolved “Deal Breaker” issues ensuring customer satisfaction.- Tracked and monitored data, prepared and provided monthly forecast and sales activity reports to FireEye Sales Leadership.
