Catherine has 14 years experience which include experience in project controls, design, and company operations. Her projects range from $1 million to $800 million including design-bid-build and alternative delivery projects. Catherine has served as a CAD Designer on TxDOT, NTTA, and city projects. She also served as the Project Controls Manager on TxDOT’s $800 million Horseshoe project and Document Control Manager on NTTA’s $425 million President George Bush Turnpike – Western Extension Phase 4 design-build projects. Catherine’s responsibilities on these projects included contract audits/compliance, monthly schedule and draw request reviews, verifying compliance with federal requirements (EEO, DBE, OJT, Davis-Bacon, etc.), organization of construction documents (RFC, RFI, NDC, NCR, etc.), and project closeout documentation.
