These experiences have enriched my understanding of the human spirit and reinforced my resolve to continue empowering and inspiring others on their journeys toward personal and collective fulfillment.Most recently, I served as the Executive Director at American Dance Movement, where I led the strategic vision, operations, and fundraising of a national non-profit that builds healthy communities through dance and movement. I managed a budget of over $1 million, secured corporate sponsorships and grants, and oversaw the planning and execution of the annual National Dance Day, reaching millions of dance enthusiasts across the country.
