Aerial Arts Academy is a dance school that specialises in aerial arts, dance, yoga and fitness. As Relationships Manager, I managed the events arm of the business, providing professional performers and entertainment for corporate, commercial and private events. Clients ranged from large events agencies to private party organisers. I worked closely with Clients to ensure we secured the right performers, music, costumes, hair and make-up for their event. I supplied performing artists covering a range of styles including Aerial Arts (silk, hoop, pole etc), Bellydance, Bollywood, Jazz & Funk, Feather Fan/Burlesque, Charleston, Cancan, Poi, Jugglers, Fire-eaters, Hula Hoop, Cabaret, Singers/Live Bands, Acrobats and Magicians. At UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admission Service), I created and led a busy team dedicated to the smooth fulfilment of all print and digital campaigns booked by the UCAS Media sales team. This covered a range of media products including direct mail, email campaigns, web advertising, print publications and social media.• Responsible for leading and managing a team of 4 people• Accountable for the smooth, timely delivery of marketing campaigns attached to substantial commercial income• Account management of official UCAS media partnership –The Telegraph Media Group• High involvement in activities geared towards employee engagement. This role at UCAS combined my media, marketing and project management skills. Dealing directly with clients from universities, educational organisations and commercial companies, I account managed and fulfilled marketing campaigns including data purchase, email campaigns, web advertising and print. • Briefing Data Analyst on client requirements• Specialist knowledge of marketing to 16-24 year olds• Analysing campaign results and making recommendations for client strategy

Working directly for the Chief Executive this role combined my PA, project management and marketing skills. I assisted the CEO with new business, PR, marketing and general administration for a busy marketing agency.

Working alongside the Account Director, I was the lead day-to-day contact for several of the agency’s biggest clients. My busy role included managing direct marketing campaigns (including direct mail, press ads, inserts and various other media) from start to finish - smoothly, on time and on budget. • Coordinating and successfully managing my clients’ expectations on a daily basis, dealing with their queries by phone, email and in person• Briefing, managing and negotiating with internal departments including creative, studio, production and accounts• Proof reading artwork • Financial forecasting & billing
