I've written interviews, features and analysis, and developed newsletter series, website content and social media campaigns.📈 Audience growth and innovation: I support news organisations and other mission-driven organisations to reach the right people with their work. This has included a contract role as an audience consultant for Free Press for Eastern Europe, where I support newsrooms across the CEE region in developing audience experiments and strategies, as well as creating audience reports and best practice guides. 💬 Training: I have trained over 250 people in solutions journalism, including journalists at all stages of their careers, students, and communications professionals outside journalism, with an average CSAT score of 4.8/5. I have delivered workshops on audience growth and engagement journalism at universities and conferences.
