My passion is to help others integrate their faith into their work by recognizing God wants to be in every area of our lives. I love to help people grow in their leadership through training, facilitation and coaching basing all I do on biblical principles. I bring creativity, passion, innovation, vision and communication to my work with each company, project and individual. I am skilled at training, facilitation and public speaking, writing and collaboration. I get great satisfaction from helping people tap into more of God's best for them so they can reach their full potential. I've been writing, designing and delivering training since 1985 on the topics ranging from the use of technology, leadership, communicating, sales, customer service and faith at work. My focus shifted to integrating faith and work in 2013. I am a lifelong learner. I've participated in a variety of personal development workshops and opportunities from organizations like Toastmasters and Landmark Education. Studying God's Word is a significant priority for me to help me as I grow in my ability to contribute to others and bring excellence to all I do.
