I manage Audit findings and BEAT investigation recommendations on QPulse, using it successfully to open, close and extend findings by good communication with finding owners. I am also involved in the company's Emergency Response Plan (ERP) team to help produce the plan, manuals and exercises for the bases we have. I have a great interest in ERP and the emotional support required and trained as a Peer Trauma Support (PTS) for the company. Show less

Assuring the safe and prompt running of the flying programme for various clients. Managing crew Flight Time Limitations (FTLs) with a working knowledge of the company's operation manuals. Managing aircraft serviceability issues and liaising with other units within the Operations to allow for air tests and striving for minimal delays to flights.
