Senior Associate, Crisis Services
Current- Manages daily scheduling and staffing for 24/7 Crisis Services shifts, ensuring coverage across time zones, including weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours to maintain continuous crisis support.- Provides administrative support to a team of 45+ Supervisors and a Senior Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, training, and report preparation. Assists with documentation, communications, policy development, and payroll/timecards to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.- Offers ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to crisis counselors and supervisors, promoting team growth through targeted skill-building and continuing education programs to address developmental needs.- Leads initiatives to improve retention, community engagement, and wellness for remote crisis workers and supervisors. Implements programs to promote resilience and self-care in high-stress crisis care settings.- Regularly supervises crisis shifts, providing operational and emotional support to frontline staff, ensuring adherence to protocols, and offering guidance during critical decision-making moments, especially in high-volume situations.- Collaborates with the Training Team, Crisis Services, and Executive Leadership to align training materials with operational goals and the Trevor Project's American Association of Suicidology Accreditation. Participates in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and support change management.
