Deployment Lead for Global Quality Tracking System. Lead and Manage Project Implementation of Global QTS to 18 or more sites in APAC region and 1 in US region.

• Manage and lead the efforts of the APAC Production Support Team to provide Production Support for QTTS applications• Provide Level 1 and 2 Production Support to Quality Tracking System – Non Core Applications in Asia (E.g. IQA, BDMS, etc), understanding business process, understanding local applications.• Key responsibilities include :- ensure application are up and running with no issues- Report on any major issues and follow through to its resolution- L2/L3 End User Support- Bug Fixes- Assure BAU related technical\GRC documents is complete- Implement BAU enhancement approved by governance- Maintain Knowledge Based Articles (KBA)- Analyze and troubleshoot issues- Follow up on high priority tickets and issues• Assist in Implementation and execution of Global Service Desk Implementation in Asia Pacific Sites• Evaluate synergy opportunities (e.g. consolidate common site systems) and recommend cost saving proposals. Identify and implement efficiencies for local systems within the QTTS domain• Lead/support decommissioning activities for local systems• Work to implement cost savings related to application rationalization across the PGS BT network for the QTTS domain• Deliver on approved portfolio (time and budget) and drive value from global core solutions with unified approach across key process areas • Support core deployment teams for the rollout of core QTTS solutions throughout the PGS BT network• Support development and rollout of global QTS solution, assist in the development of Training Materials, conduct Webex training for end users, conduct face to face workshops on Manufacturing Investigations Reports module.• Partner with Core Support teams to support all QTTS applications and identify areas for service level improvements and improved customer service• Support decommissioning activities for legacy core systems• Identify opportunities for creation of common / enterprise solutions
