I am a licensed paralegal and paraprofessional supporting the Insurance and Tort Liability Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) as a Litigation Law Clerk. My civil defence practice is focused in municipal and police liability, though I also have experience in commercial litigation, product liability, and class actions. I add value to matters at every stage of litigation, from initial file review and investigation to discoveries, mediations, trials, and appeal.I previously worked with Pro Bono Ontario (PBO) as a Triage Coordinator, a role in which I managed the Law Help centre based at the Toronto Small Claims Court. This centre, which essentially functions as the court's duty counsel office, caters to assist low-income, self-represented litigants. It is the only dedicated Small Claims help centre of its kind throughout the GTA.I graduated with high honours from the Accelerated Paralegal diploma program at Seneca College's School of Legal and Public Administration, Newnham Campus, in 2017. I was licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2018.
