In this role, I served as the primary project manager and client contact for sales, project management, and order status for retail clients such as Colart, Fisher & Paykel, Canada Goose, and Apple across the US and Canada. Organized training on fixture assembly, curated criteria for complicated retail installs, and monitored service delivery from Canada east to Hong Kong. Key Contributions: + Maximized clients’ investment by strategically managing account resources, documenting and communicating challenges, and ensuring all SLA agreements were complete and compliant with company standards. + Traveled to client headquarters and market locations to increase company visibility and to build client relationships. + Performed quality assurance with store staff to ensure client satisfaction and to streamline training for installers. Selected Projects:Colart: Hired to refresh 10+-year-old retail fixtures and install unique merchandising plans for paint products in 200+ stores across the US and Canada on a rolling four-week schedule.+ Collaborated with install teams on extra assembly requirements and ensured timelines and costs despite challenges.Fisher & Paykel: Arranged for shipping of fixtures to stores and installation services for fixtures ranging from 16-foot inline sections to full “shop-in-shop” style displays with appliances, electrical, flooring, and touchscreen televisions. + Coordinated challenges such as late appliance shipments around schedule and communicated with client on timelines and complex issues that affected productivity. Canada Goose: Coordinated single night, complex installs with overnight installation staff for new window displays in 10 stores in the US, Canada, and Hong Kong stores. + Overcame scheduling challenges for APAC time zones by being “on-call” for staff conducting installs.

Specialized in account management for consumer electronics industry clients spending between $10M and $40M per year on POP such as Nintendo, GoPro, Apple, and Beats by Dre. Established master SLAs, created price proposals, and managed program negotiations with clients. Partnered with China-based colleagues on projects, traveled to factory for prototype reviews, and built client relationships. Key Contributions:+ Successfully rolled out 30K global displays from conception to execution within nine months. + Organized four-plus marketing updates per year to coincide with new product releases. + Translated and defined desired design intent while ensuring display longevity and serviceability. Selected Projects:+ Nintendo: Facilitated repair and maintenance program for in-store displays and coordinated repairs and replacements for television units in the US and Canada. + Beats by Dre: Coordinated 20+ designs and arranged shipments for customized displays worldwide, offered global support, and assisted with Apple client onboarding process (on behalf of Beats), and grew team of six staff to encompass order expansion for Beats display rollouts across the globe.+ GoPro: Collaborated with client to develop acrylic security case that fit inside existing displays to prevent theft for stores in US, Australia, New Zealand, and China.

Reported to executive director and directed subscription program for consortium of libraries dedicated to preserving legal titles and government documents while also providing digital copies of documents. Managed AR/AP through QuickBooks, maintained customer accounts, coordinated vendor services, and arranged travel for director.

Served as account manager for 200 shareholder events per year for banking, brokerage, and publicly traded company shareholder meetings. Collaborated with CFOs, General Counsel, and directors of investor relations to provide ballot and web-based proxy service solutions for shareholder votes.
