Graduated - Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program (DICP) is a cohort model education course designed to further equip the UCSF workforce with knowledge and skills to support DEI initiatives and best practices. The Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program focuses on exploring DEI concepts essential to enhancing an inclusive work environment through lecture, experiential and independent activities.

• Responsible for identifying professional development opportunities for program coordinators. • Responsible for coordination with Regional Chair on election-related tasks and for keeping up-to-date guidelines for W-APPD election proceedings.• Collaborate with Western Region chair committee team to develop grant proposal requirements and evaluate submitted proposals. • Help maintain updated information for the Western Region APPD website.• Mentor and aide the new vice chair for a smooth transition for a one year period into the role.
