At DAA I work across all project stages, usually from initial client briefing through to project delivery. My current role is predominantly focused on developer led residential schemes for private and PRS users. Tasks I usually undertake include; - Spatial planning and optimisation of floorplates and unit types for large scale residential schemes.- Interior architecture concepts and proposals; including finishes specification, services/structural co-ordination, typical and bespoke details, CGI co-ordination. - Production of feasibility studies, planning, tender and construction documentation.- Client presentations, cost plan management, project and programme management.- On-site co-ordination and monitoring

MRDA specialise in the care and conservation of historic buildings and creating sensitive new build additions to enhance existing structures.I predominantly spent my time at MRDA developing planning and listed building applications for GII* listed private residences. Occasionally helping to produce information for conservation plans and remedial ecclesiastical and monument works across London.
