Current- Plan, implement and manage daily administrative operations, arrange schedules and meetings with vendors, customers, funding advisors and club members such as Mitacs, IRAP, and Rotary International.
- Liaise and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and obey company policies. Resolve issues in all aspects including financial funding, accounts administration, policies establishment, invoices & service.
- Responsible for official documentation and medial controls in Public Relations, by conducting marketing researches, and updating company website & social media, generating Pitch Decks, and creating Special Events.
- Interact with an executive team of all levels, including sales, marketing, customer service, and management to identify customer needs, analyze operational trends, coordinate project fulfillments in a timely manner.
