Hired and supervised a staff of eleven employees. Responsible for the daily operations of the office, as well as handling Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll and daily, month-end and year-end close outs for the Medical Practice Management computer system and Accounting computer system. • Responsible for the Practice daily bank deposits and payroll tax deposits called into the bank.• Assist with maintaining the Doctors and employees Profit and Pension Plans.• Responsible for handling the Partnership Account for the building.• Responsible for converting a manual accounting system to a computerized system.
