Office ManagementCatherine Middleton Jan 2014 - PresentAdelaide, South AustraliaEffective Document & Records Systems, consistently managed, are essential in keeping the wheels of business fully operational ensuring high level efficiencies are maintained. The cost of double handling information can be crippling in both time expended and budgetary impacts.. Executive Assistants need to be well trained on systems that are incorporated into the C-Suite, as the responsibility for conversion control and file management practices will come under their control.By undertaking an audit of work practices, any inconsistencies will be highlighted. Ideally creating a procedural manual will be an excellent tool when staff are either away or leave suddenly. Consistency of work will ensure productivity is not effected when situational change occurs.
