Conduct evaluations/assessments with children eligible for services as a member of the team• Develop and implement Individual Family Service Plan goals and objectives to meet theindividual needs of children• Service coordinate a caseload of children birth to five years of age, including planning,organizing and conducting meetings• Provide home visits to implement IFSP with the children’s parents• Communicate and coordinate with other agencies or providers as deemed appropriate• Complete and maintain records, data and reports as required by district, state and federalagencies• Provide in-service training and public awareness of EI/ECSE services• Maintain an atmosphere in classroom or developmental groups that is conducive to learning whichincludes:◦ Access to a variety of materials and teaching strategies to meet a range of levels andabilities◦ Organize and effectively manage the environment◦ Care for the physical comfort and needs of all children◦ Development or acquisition of appropriate educational materials and equipment• Manage all staff assigned to class• Perform many other duties as assigned
