Catherine is a young creative stylist and entrepreneur in fashion working on developing her fashion brand. Growing up in Columbus, Ohio - having one of the top and fastest-growing fashion markets around her. It inspired her to sink deep and emerge into starting her clothing brand "Mire.co She graduated from Licking Heights High School in 2021 and has since been in the retail workforce learning how to manage a retail environment while networking with other fashion-inspired individuals. For four years, she was an assistant manager at Zumiez. Every day she worked on teaching others about the culture of streetwear and retail. Her hard work and dedication paid off in her role as a sales associate from May 2022 to January 2025. Throughout this period, she consistently topped the sales charts in her district. Zumiez recognized her efforts by awarding her the prestigious 100k status–an achievement earned by only a select few in the company. Through this opportunity, she developed a clientele and a network of customers who relied on her styling expertise. As a stepping stone to achieving her dreams, Catherine is joining the Soul Classic family in downtown Columbus. This opportunity allows her to not only continue developing her career in sneaker and streetwear fashion but also to support small businesses and local artists–a mission for which she is an avid advocate. Catherine is currently enrolled at the Ohio Media School, pursuing a diploma in digital media production. The program provides access to and experience with essential resources that allow her to continue developing her social platforms for her brand @_mire.co, which will eventually assist her in opening her dream brick-and-mortar.
