I worked as a consultant and accounts manager / representative for client companies that wished to expand their penetration into the automotive OEMs and Industrial Tier 1 - 2 customers as well as other manufacturing arenas in the United States. Most of my experience was centered in sales, business development and account management for suppliers to automotive and industrial customers. During my 30 plus year career I handled the General Motors and Ford Motor Company accounts for companies supplying paint finishing systems, I was sales manager for a conveyor company for 4 years covering all automotive accounts, and have also worked for engineering, controls & other equipment suppliers. I represented companies that offered various equipment & systems for stamping, body assembly, paint finishing, and trim & final assembly areas in automotive and industrial arenas. Specialties: My strength is my ability to approach customers and develop business relationships. Being friendly, easy to work with and enjoying new challenges helped me grow. I was always a 'people person' and 'door opener' and over the years I developed a strong, tribal knowledge of the processes that go into a manufacturing facility. Enjoyed all those years.
