Previously, she spent four years with the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) where her responsibilities included managing FHA’s Breaking Ground Program and overseeing and analyzing HUD’s $13.6B share of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Prior to that, she worked for New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity, managing multiple post-Katrina initiatives. Catherine received her BA in History from the University of Virginia, and earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. She sits on the Board of the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless and enjoys spending time with her husband, newborn daughter, and Sheepadoodle, Huckleberry.
