In this capacity I work with a team comprising of both applications and business teams to implement new products and upgrade existing products within set timelines for business growth.Reporting to the Head of Business Management, through ensuring that all revenue generating electronic channels are all running efficiently, provide monthly reports on their respective performance. This facilitates the overall forecasting in business growth and informs strategic planning.So far my achievements have been leading the successful implementation of 3 electronic payment channels with ever growing options within 2 years. For all options, I ensure high product uptake through training all Customer Experience Officers, Relationship Managers and Branch Teams, and supporting the team where need be in customer support.
