Managing recruitment for the business, including:- Advertisements- Preservation of pay structure- Ensuring process is followed across departments- Joining recruitment panels and coaching- Reporting on success/challenges of campaigns- Providing recruitment/retention/promotion statistics- Assisting with the new starter process including: creating contracts and offer letters using templates. Ensuring all starter information goes out and is returned in good time. Maintaining all compliance paperwork in good order and reporting on areas of risk.- Support any disciplinary and grievance processes as required including; undertaking investigations and note taking at hearings. With experience, to provide HR support for HODs chairing hearings. -- Providing support with any restructure exercises. - Running training sessions alongside the Group Training and Development Manager
