As Transat's Manager, Digital Interactions, my role is to oversee proactive and reactive digital interactions with clients and prospects through the customer journey, from inspiration to their return from a well deserved vacation.Namely, I:- Manage Air Transat's relationnal program (CRM) through robust multi-channel commercial and post-booking programs;- Oversee the creation of impactful communications that inspire, equip and generate both revenue and customer loyalty;- Implement successful acquisition strategies;- Manage a team of engaged customer service professionals to offer best-in-class 24/7 customer service on social and messaging platforms;- Make data-driven recommendations to improve the client's customer journey, as well as the quality and efficiency of communications and to reduce call and message volumes that are handled manually;- Oversaw the implementation, development of a chatbot on relevant messaging platforms like Messenger and Apple Business Chat and continue to contribute to its optimization.

As Transat's Marketing Manager, Social Media, I was responsible for all of Transat and Air Transat's social media strategy. Since starting in January 2012, I have, in support of the Marketing and corporate objectives:- Launched Air Transat's presence on several social media and messaging platforms;- Built and trained a strong multi-disciplinary social customer service team;- Launched Air Transat's 24/7 social customer service;- Launched Air Transat's chatbot on messaging platforms;- Managed Air Transat's social reputation and social communication during several crises (hurricanes, pandemic, emergency landings, major delays, etc.);- Developped Air Transat's online communities both in terms of size and engagement;- Launched and managed the Experience Transat blog;- Created impactful content like travel and aviation webseries;- Worked on impactful campaigns like the award-winning Transat Auction.

As a Corporate Communications Advisor at COGECO and Cogeco Cable, I focussed mostly on external communications. I was in charge of making sure, alongside the Director, Corporate Communications, that the Corporation was best represented externally.Through press releases, media follow-ups, events, interviews, Q&As, key messages, annual reports and quarterly results briefings and media preparation as well as issue and crisis management, I managed several complex projects, including the acquisition of the Cabovisão Portuguese cable company in 2008 and the Corus radio stations in 2010-2011.
