After 13 years in the aid sector as international programme manager, consultant and trainer, I have launched my own business in 2014 as an independant around three key areas: INDIVIDUAL COACHING: recognized as a certified coach by the ICF, I help people to define and reach their personal objectives and gain empowerment in the short to medium term. I tis often about job reorientation, searching for alignement with their values or finding a better balance in their current job. TEAM COACHING: facilitating and accompanying change in your organisation, facilitating co- construction of meaningful processes, based on collective intelligence tools. I mostly want to focus now on increasing awareness around climate change and the need for accelarting the transition, based on educationnal tools like the Fresque du Climat and 2Tonnes workshop, bringing people on board of transition objectives set by your organisation. TRAINING : tailor- made training journeys based on your needs; mostly revolving around leadership and related skills (communication, motivationnal factors, emotionnal intelligence, conflict management, etc) Being now much focused on accelerating the social and ecological transition, I can also train /sensitize on some of the key causal factors and practical actions people and organisation can take to take their part to these core challenges (see supra)My clients are mostly from the social and health sector in Belgium (NGOs, associations, Hospitals, Hautes Ecoles) but also public and private sector.

Provision of technical expertise to goverment officials, UNICEF staff, civil society organisation and CBOs on child protection in complex emergencies. Facilitation of trainings, training of trainers, conduction of surveys, studies, assessments, etc.

Burundi

Coordination and monitoring of the National Child Soldiers Demobilisation, Reintegration and Prevention of Recruitment Programme. Design of the project plan of action, capacity building and supervision of a team of 15 government counterparts, coordination of 10 international and national partner NGOs. Extensive fundraising, donor reporting and financial management. Contributed to fundraise 3.7 millions dollars from the World Bank-MDRP programme and more from other multilateral donors. Networking with UN agencies, donors and ONUB. Advocacy and lobbying with armed groups for the release of child soldiers.

South Kivu, Drc

Facilitation of training and sensitisation workshops for rebel groups chiefs and leaders on the impact of child recruitment. Extensive advocacy towards military commanders, training of a team of trainers, facilitating dialogue between armed forces and human rights defenders.

Ivory Coast - Abidjan

Programme manager of a large scale regional training programme on child rights and protection. Training targets were regular armed forces of all 13 countries of the ECOWAS community (Economic Community of West and Central Africa States). Policy advocacy towards governements and Ministers of Defence, ECOWAS Secretary. Training facilitation and development of a large range of training tools and supports.
