Catherine Reynolds formed Reynolds Resource Group, LLC with the intent to utilize profits in support of community programs and services. Reynolds Resource Group, LLC specializes in non-profit executive search and organizational coaching, mentoring, and other advisory services.Catherine has over 25 years of experience in the business and non-profit sectors. She managed a tri-city technology staffing practice, consulting and coaching a broad range of clients and individuals from multinational core high tech, financial services, emerging businesses, health care, manufacturing and non-profit. Catherine retired in 2002 to do community service and Board work full time for the Salvation Army and other nonprofit organizations. She studied Spanish at the Boston Language Institute and returned to Boston College full time in 2003 where she earned her M.A. in Pastoral Ministry and M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Qualified Meyers Briggs Instructor, Certified Graphoanalyst, and Certified Personnel Consultant.Reynolds Resource Group
